“Veggie 101” – Gardening Class

Class: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Lunch provided)

Learn to grow your own produce! Come hear a presentation by Michael Potter, the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Horticulture Agent for Montgomery County and seasoned Master Gardeners.

The class is intended to provide new or beginning gardeners in the community with the basic knowledge to have “VICTORY” in their gardens.

The class size is limited to forty-five (45) to provide hands-on training, a veggie garden tour, and breakout sessions for small group discussions with Master Gardeners.

Entry fee includes snacks, lunch, and a notebook with handouts. In order to prepare binders and food, participants must register in advance.

Please call the Master Gardener Help Desk with any questions at (936) 539-7824 (Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – Noon and 1:00 – 5:00 pm).
