 This privacy policy statement describes how Montgomery County Master Gardeners Association (MCMGA) uses and protects private information you provide when using this website.  We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Information collected offline and online are protected. Only authorized employees of Texas AgriLife Extension Services and MCMGA volunteers have access to personal information.

How the information is used

Information provided to us is used to respond to specific requests made by you or to inform you of events, educational opportunities or services provided to the community by MCMGA.  Those may include, but are not limited to:

  • MCMGA plant sale announcements
  • Educational opportunities provided by MCMGA
  • Special events such as Open Garden Day
  • Specific horticultural or gardening information of interest to the public

 Electronic Registration

In order to attend an event or educational program where registration is required you will be asked to provide personal information which will include name and email address. The information is used to inform you of programs provided by MCMGA and reserve your place.

If there is a program fee credit card information will be required. The information is used only for billing purposes and to contact you in the event there is a problem.
