Great Roses to Know and Grow
Join us on Saturday, January 24, 2026 for this informative class on becoming comfortable growing roses and learning about the best roses for our area.
Lucinda Owen has been a Montgomery County Master Gardener since 2007 and manages the Earth-Kind Garden at AgriLife Extension where she maintains a beautiful garden with roses and companion plants that do well in Montgomery County. Her main topics will focus on the best varieties of roses, how to plant, feed and prune your roses as well as soil, temperature, and light requirements.
The class starts at 9 am and concludes at 11 am. Plan to come in at least several minutes before the class starts to get the best seats in the house.
